The Most Rev. Thomas J. Tobin, Bishop of Providence, has announced the assignment of Reverend Nathan J. Ricci, from Advanced Studies in Canon Law at the Pontifical Gregorian University, Rome, Italy, to part-time Assistant Chancellor, Diocese of Providence, and part-time Assistant Pastor, St. Francis Xavier Parish, East Providence, effective July 1, 2018.
